Empowering Tuition is affiliated with the Australian Tutoring Association and is a leader in providing specialist maths tutoring to kindergarten through to Year 12 students. Our energetic and experienced maths teachers, with over 10 years teaching experience are committed to seeing your child succeed.
Empowering tuition was established in response to the modern day classroom where with an average size of 25-30 students, many of them feel disconnected, left behind and in need of more attention.
Our classrooms are different. Our teachers take the time to get to know their students first. We believe the learning process is dependent on the motivation of each student. Before challenging a student and setting goals we take the time to understand what makes them tick first.
Learning takes place in an attention-rich environment. Mathematics is made easy to understand once it is broken down into simple and accessible steps. Maths is like to a jig saw puzzle – once you know where to start, you can see the bigger picture and the rest of the pieces then fall into place.
