At Empowering Tuition your child is energised into an engaged and enthusiastic student. Tuition is personalized and tailored to the learning style and pace each student needs.
Initially, the focus is on current work and ensuring homework is both correctly and regularly done. We then address previous topics which have been typical problem areas in the past. The emphasis then shifts to our main focus which is leaving no stone unturned and preparing ultimately for upcoming exams. This is where students learn the importance of being organised and accepting responsibility for their learning. Each student receives a select range of paper and online resources, and they are challenged with a timeline in order to complete these resources. Upon completion, students feel confident and well prepared to give their best during exams.
Where tuition is delivered in small group classes, there is a maximum 4 students. The composition of a small group is based on the Year level and competence of each child. Classes are an hour in length and run Monday-Friday starting at 4pm, 5pm, 6:30 and 7:30pm.
